This is a dynamic role that incorporates key roles such as reception, reservations, gift shop sales, concierge and host. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for ensuring that guests are taken care of and any individual needs or requests are addressed in a timely, professional manner. This is a critical position that requires a high level of customer service and previous experience within the hospitality and tourism industry. The Front Desk Agent is the main point of contact between guests and the establishment.

* Generate reservations via phone and email requests, and perform check-ins and check-outs.

* Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel, Word & Outlook.
* Professional demeanor when answering phones, and directing calls.
* Possess excellent time management skills, the ability to multi-task, and have a strict attention to detail.

* Friendly and customer oriented personality with a genuine desire to help and please others.

* Maintain organization, stocking and overall cleanliness of the front desk and gift shop.
* Able to work with a cash register and POS system with ease and accuracy.
* Generate housekeeping reports and record all vacancies.
* Passion for working with people and the outdoors is an asset.
*Requirements*
* Proficient in English both spoken and written.
* German as a second language is an asset.
* Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
* Previous hotel experience is an asset.
