Premier Forex Ltd. is a well-established and highly reputed Authorized Payment Institution (API) based in the UK, specializing in business-to-business, intermediary, and wholesale payment solutions. With a strong and growing portfolio of Money Services Business (MSB) clients and a track record of success, we have recently acquired our MSB license in Canada. We are now looking to expand our footprint into the Canadian MSB sector by replicating our proven UK business model.
*Role Overview:*
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven *Business Development Manager* to help drive our growth in Canada. The ideal candidate will have up to three years of experience in the financial sector, preferably within the MSB industry, and a strong understanding of the needs, challenges, and business models specific to MSB clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in building and shaping our Canadian business from the ground up.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Identify, target, and acquire new MSB clients across Canada.
* Build, develop, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with MSB clients and partners.
* Understand clients? business needs and propose appropriate solutions tailored to their operational models.
* Promote Premier Forex?s services and value proposition in the Canadian MSB market.
* Assist in onboarding new clients, working closely with compliance and operations teams.
* Represent the company at relevant industry events and networking opportunities.
* Provide regular reports and insights on market trends, client feedback, and business development progress.
* Contribute to strategic growth initiatives and help refine the go-to-market approach for Canada.
*Requirements:*
* Up to 3 years of experience in the financial services sector; experience with MSBs is strongly preferred.
* Solid understanding of the MSB industry, including payment flows, regulatory environment, and operational models.
* Strong communication, relationship-building, and client management skills.
* Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to travel within Canada as needed.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
* Pashto/Persian speaking is preferrable but not a must. ( additional Language )
