*Permanent Position: Industrial Spray Painter*
Busy fast paced production shop, looking for a team oriented production painter with airless experience. to join our production team at our facility in Delta, BC. This position requires experience with application in industrial paint systems. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to gain knowledge quickly, following safety policies and procedures. Have strong communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast paced work environment. This is a full time unionized position, upon hiring you will be initiated into the union, includes excellent benefit plan; extended medical, vision, dental & orthodontist.
*Wage:*
Starting wage is $46.00/ Hr. and further negotiated based on production levels.
Premium rate of an additional $2.25/ Hr. offered for premium work (use of power tools which includes spray time)
Potential for CAS certification sponsored through the union for an extra $2.29/ Hr.

Setting up jobs
Masking
Striping
Airless Spray
Conventional Spray
Working individually and/or as a team
*Requirements:*
Red Seal Painter/Journey Person
Minimum 5 years of in a related field
Familiar with Job specific painting practices, related to surface preparation requirements, coating requirements and elements specific to application.
Knowledge/ Experience with industrial high-performance coatings
Knowledge/ Experience with airless spray systems
Ability to work in a team environment or individually with a positive attitude
Valid forklift ticket is an asset
