The Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a *General Manager* for our *Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram *location in *Innisfail, AB.*

In the position of *General Manager*, the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance of the dealership, including sales, service, parts, and finance departments. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in automotive retail management, and excels at motivating teams, optimizing operational efficiency, and achieving profitability goals.
_*You will be accountable for:*_
* Oversee the operations of all dealership departments?including sales, finance, service, and parts?in alignment with the Cam Clark Auto Group's strategic vision.
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, employees, and industry partners to generate new business and achieve common goals.
* Monitor the financial performance of the dealership, addressing any operational concerns that could impact results; utilize KPIs in all departments to ensure success against forecasts.
* Coach, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve performance metrics and sales goals; celebrate team success and cultivate a positive culture of excellence.
* Ensure that all internal processes, procedures, and compliance requirements are communicated, implemented, and followed, adhering to Alberta regulations and industry standards.
* Develop and implement strategies for growth.
* Perform other duties as required.
_*To be successful in this role, you must have:*_
* Bachelor?s Degree in Commerce or a related discipline is an asset.
* Valid Driver?s License with a clean driver?s abstract.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive dealership sales management, with a proven track record in building and mentoring successful teams.
* Previous experience in automotive executive management is preferred.
* Experience in vehicle service, parts, or autobody operations is an asset.
* Familiarity with dealership accounting practices, budgeting, and expense management is an asset.
* Ability to deliver excellent customer service with integrity.
* Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
* Strong leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and supervisory abilities.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and consistently honor commitments.
