*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our small team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with others on-site.
*Duties*
* Driving a pick up truck through this crazy city!
* Assist in the preparation of construction sites by cleaning and clearing debris.
* Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
* Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
* Help with the installation of structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, and drywall.
* Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
* Collaborate with skilled tradespeople to complete tasks according to project specifications.
* Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
*Skills*
* Clean driver?s licence.
* Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
* Basic knowledge of construction techniques and tools is preferred but not required.
* Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
* Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
* Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship.
* Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing job requirements.
