We are seeking a _*Front End Web Developer *_to support the evolving needs of our Marketing and Product Development teams while elevating our digital presence. You?ll collaborate on enhancements to our primary website, liteline.com, and other digital platforms, including projects with our third-party partner, DVP.

With a sharp eye for design and the ability to wrap complex code in a clean, user-friendly interface, you?ll be empowered to take ownership of web projects and create digital experiences that make an impact.
*What You?ll Do*
* Design, develop, and launch landing and promotional pages for new and existing products
* Manage and update Liteline?s websites: liteline.com, trenzlighting.com, spexlighting.com, and future platforms
* Build and maintain mobile-responsive experiences for all web assets
* Gather and refine specifications based on marketing goals, user needs, and technical constraints
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to guide UX decision-making
* Own and optimize the website user journey and drive measurable improvements in conversion
* Design, code, and maintain responsive front-end pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript
* Work within and manage third-party CMS platforms, integrating back-end functionality as needed
* Implement and refine SEO strategies to improve search visibility
* Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney) to support content generation, UX ideation, research, or workflow optimization
* Set up and manage Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and related tools to track performance and inform future improvements
* Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align web efforts with broader campaign goals
*This Role Is Perfect for You If You Have:*
* 2?3 years of experience in web development and UX/UI design
* A portfolio showcasing your ability to move fluidly between strategy, design, and execution
* Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
* Familiarity with .NET environments and the ability to work with ASCX templates and Visual Basic .NET (or similar object-oriented languages)
* Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Craft, or similar
* Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (web integration and product data management)
* An interest in using AI tools to enhance productivity and creativity
* Experience with UX research, user testing, and turning insights into actionable design solutions
* A strong eye for design and layout with up-to-date knowledge of modern UI/UX best practices
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
* Basic understanding of back-end logic, APIs, and third-party integrations
* Ability to problem-solve, multi-task, and communicate effectively across teams
