Our Client, a Customs Brokerage Services company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative for their Eastern Passage, NS location. Responsibilities: Provide accurate pricing to dealers, movers and private customers as required Answer all customer inquiries relating to Client Vehicle Transport service, transit times, service parameters, etc Handle customer track, trace inquiries, and provide them with accurate and timely information Assist the Claim Department in providing customers with viable solutions regarding their claims issues Achieve all measurable daily performance standards as they are outlined and established (i.e. number of calls answered, closing ratio on quotes, etc.) Place outbound calls to customers to proactively inform them of service/rail- LocationEastern Passage, NS
