*Overview* We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team at our soon-to-open 25,000 sq.ft. showroom. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with customers, helping them find the right products to meet their needs. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. *Responsibilities* * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. * Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction. * Process transactions accurately through cashiering duties, including cash handling and credit card processing. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed effectively. * Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service. * Stay informed about product features, promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers. *Skills* * Minimum 1 year experience in Furniture sales REQUIRED. * Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store appearance effectively. * Ability to sell products confidently. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with customers. * Proficiency in English is required; multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse clientele. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change accurately. * Experience with product demos to effectively showcase merchandise features to customers.
