*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of our guest rooms and public areas within the hotel. This position is essential for ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, reflecting our commitment to exceptional service and cleanliness.
*Responsibilities*
* Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, to ensure a welcoming environment.
* Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish amenities as needed.
* Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
* Vacuum carpets and clean floors using appropriate equipment.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
* Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized in designated areas.
* Assist with the cleaning of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms as required.
* Follow established safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning tasks.
*Experience*
* Previous experience in hospitality or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
* Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to interact positively with guests and team members.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve common goals in maintaining hotel standards.
