*Job Overview*
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn all things painting. This role requires attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to ensure their vision is brought to life. As a painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes.
*Duties*
* Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and caulking as necessary.
* Read and interpret production planners to understand project specifications and requirements.
* Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of the project.
* Communicate with clients regarding their preferences and provide exceptional customer service.
* Manage time effectively to complete projects within established deadlines.
*Qualifications*
* Physical labour background or desire to gain experience
* Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
* Experience with painting is ideal, however not required. (training provided)
