We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn on the job. *Duties* * Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks including digging and pouring concrete, framing, and fine finishing work * Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed * Maintain a clean and organized job site * Operate basic hand tools and power tools * Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks on the job site * Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and any challenges encountered * Perform general maintenance tasks as required *Requirements* * Independent, but able to work well as part of a team when needed * Coachable * Self-motivated * A problem solver * Thorough * Focused on Excellence (Gets the job done right the first time) * Focused on task completion * Disciplined * Likes to work hard * Punctual * Responsible * Competent * Friendly * You act with integrity (you do what you say) *Qualifications* * Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required. * Class G license and means to commute to different job sites * Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. * Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus. * Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. * Great communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. * Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
