We are currently seeking a strong candidate to represent Source Atlantic ideally based out of Edmonton or Calgary, Alberta, that will support our locations throughout Western Canada located in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia as an: Regional Operations ManagerReporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Regional Operations Manager will oversee the performance, development, and financial health of multiple locations. Acting as a bridge between corporate strategy and local execution, this role ensures branches operate efficiently, profitably, and in line with company standards. The manager collaborates with all departments to generate revenue and control costs.To be successful in this role, the candidate should be a thoughtful leader, a confident decision-maker, and help our people develop and be productive.Your key responsibilities will be: Lead and guide branch managers at 14 locations, ensuring consistency in operations, safety, and customer service.Monitor and support branch performance, focusing on revenue growth, cost control, and profitability.Mentor and develop branch teams, promote a high-performance culture, and identify succession planning opportunities.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline logistics, reduce operating costs, and standardize procedures.Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations and provide regular updates to Senior Management.Support key account management, vendor relationships, and coordinate large projects across locations.Support individual branch performance with a focus on revenue growth, cost control, margin improvement, and bottom-line profitability.
