*What You?ll Do*
* Greet and check in patients, creating a welcoming and professional experience
* Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries as needed
* Manage patient requisitions and medical correspondence via fax
* Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments efficiently
* Perform accurate data entry and maintain patient records
*What We?re Looking For*
* Strong computer skills and quick adaptability to new software
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Team player who can also work independently
* MOA Certification or equivalent experience is an asset, but not required
