Job Title: Medical Administrative Assistant- SKIN Clinics WINNIPEG
SKIN Clinics, Canada?s leading Dermatology and aesthetics clinic, is seeking a full time, highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Medical Administrative Assistant. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for our valued clients. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the coordination of client appointments, inquiries, and support throughout their journey with us. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client care. Experience in a medical or aesthetic clinic is strongly preferred.
*Responsibilities:*
- Assisting doctors as they work. Cleaning rooms, sterilizing equipment, completing any tasks they need help with.
- Processing faxes.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information and resolving concerns or issues effectively.
- Coordinate client appointments, ensuring accurate scheduling, and efficiently managing the clinic's appointment calendar.
- Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality and accuracy of information.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless and coordinated experience for clients, including coordinating pre and post-treatment instructions.
- Provide administrative support, including managing paperwork, data entry, and maintaining inventory of office supplies and products.
- Greet and warmly welcome clients, providing a professional and friendly first impression.
- Actively contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming clinic environment.
*Requirements:*
- Previous experience working in a medical clinic in a customer service or client-facing role is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide a high level of customer service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanour in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
*- Knowledge of Accuro EMR would be considered an asset.*
