Thank you for considering applying for our Dental Assistant role. We are looking for a part-time assistant to join us at Lincoln Dental. This position is a mixture of weekdays and weekends, with morning, day and evening shifts. Our Dental Assistants are incredibly important to the success of our practice, team dynamic, and patient experience. We believe we must create an exceptional company culture for our employees so that our patient experience is one of a kind in our industry. * Meet Dr. Swaida (Founder) by watching this video: https://youtu.be/NVbfcqx-z-o * Meet Nandi (Regional Manager) by watching this video: https://youtu.be/wWspnshRObQ *Your Responsibilities* Below we?ve listed your formal responsibilities, but other responsibilities may arise. * Cleans and prepares the treatment room in accordance with infection control and practice protocols for each patient. * Clinical chairside assisting duties including knowledge of instrumentation. * Establish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behaviour. * Maintaining sterilization room, equipment and supplies * Sterilize instruments and disinfect rooms according to standards. * Control inventory, order materials and receive orders. *Experience & Skills Required* * Certified Dental Assistant Level I or Level II. * A minimum one year experience is desired. New grads are welcome to apply. * HARP certified. * CPR certified. * IPAC certification is an asset but not required. * WHIMS certified is an asset but not required.
