*Duties*
* Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
* Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to sanitation standards to ensure the safety and satisfaction of clients.
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide expert advice on hair care and styling options.
* Upsell salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and boost retail sales.
* Assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
* Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to provide clients with the best possible service.
*Experience*
* Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your work is preferred.
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
* Strong communication skills to effectively discuss styles and preferences with clients.
* Experience in upselling products or services is a plus.
* Familiarity with retail sales practices and front desk operations is advantageous.
* A valid cosmetology license is required for this position.
