An entrepreneurial company with a legacy of success, we pride ourselves on having a team of industry leading talent and an exciting plan for the future. _*Troy is a 2025 winner of the Canada's Best Managed Companies program!*_ *Responsibilities* * The fire alarm service representative will be required to assist with duties of maintenance, inspections and repairs on fire alarm, fire extinguisher, emergency lighting systems and other life safety systems as required * The successful candidate will ensure that the highest standard of system reliability and client satisfaction are met * Perform verifications on fire alarm systems * Complete work orders and report in a timely fashion * On-call for emergency service calls/work * Act as liaison between customer & Troy * Other duties as assigned *Qualifications* * Completion of or enrollment in CFAA Certification Courses - willing to obtain within 1 year of employment * Two years of community college in electronics is desired, or equivalent training or work experience will be an asset * Previous training/experience in fire alarm systems is an asset * Proficient in the use of computers * Must possess a valid driver?s license and have a clean driving record * Exceptional customer service skills and organizational skills * Must be available to work afternoons/nights on an ongoing basis! *What we offer:* * Competitive salaries * Paid time off * Growth and training opportunities * RRSP matching * Company vehicle and cell phone * Incentive plans * Comprehensive benefits package including dental and health coverage, life insurance and much more! _*Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd.*_ _offers an excellent compensation package, including a company leased vehicle and a comprehensive benefits program including paid sick time.
