Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Rural area. Willing to relocate. Mining Industry. Tasks: Direct and control daily operations . Evaluate daily operations . Hire, train, direct and motivate staff. Plan and organize daily operations. Recommend operational changes to ensure that production quotas and procedures are met. Establish work schedules. Confer with other managers to set production quotas and to plan extraction sites. Ensure adherence to safety regulations. Prepare production reports.
