You will work closely with technologists and cross-functional business teams to help develop meaningful business solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirementsDevelop and document detailed business and functional requirementsAct as a Technology Asset Owner (TAO) or delegate, design technology release plans, deployment activities, draft change readiness, and manage testing schedules Collaborate and own technology governance documents such as the Systems Requirements Document (SRD), the Systems Design Specifications (SDS), Technology Risk Assessments (TARA), New Technology Assessments (NTAs), track and management findings, and moreConduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedbackCreate wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas and work closely with the development team to ensure that user experience considerations are integrated into the final product.
