Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Work setting: Work in employer's/client's home. Tasks: Change diapers. Follow parents' lead with toilet training . Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties. Bathe, dress and feed infants and children. Prepare and serve nutritious meals. Supervise and care for children. Take children to and from school and to appointments. Tend to emotional well-being of children. Cook.
