IMMEDIATE START* *CSN Avenue Collision | Downtown Toronto | 3 Openings* *Why CSN Avenue Technicians Stay 5?15+ Years* * $35?$45/hr based on experience * Guaranteed 44 hours every week * Group benefits package * Monday?Friday available * PAID OEM training * Work on premium brands in a huge, clean, organized bay in a pristine facility. *The Opportunity* * We are expanding our high-volume, modern BMW, Porsche, and more premier luxury brands with a certified collision centre team and hiring three Auto Body Technicians who take pride in restoring vehicles to OEM standards. * Join a team that values skill, consistency, and craftsmanship.*?* ?*What You?ll Do* * Perform structural and non-structural repairs in accordance with OEM procedures. * Work on Tesla, BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Lexus, and other luxury brands * Operate computerized frame machines and advanced welding systems. * Conduct panel repair, replacement, bonding, & aluminum work. * Maintain accuracy, safety, and quality in a clean, organized shop. * Collaborate with seasoned estimators, painters, and production staff. ? *What You Bring* * 3+ years of experience in collision or auto body repair * Strong metal finishing, panel replacement, and repair skills * Close attention to detail and pride in workmanship * Ability to work effectively in a team environment *Assets* (Not Required) * 310B or 310Q Red Seal ? earns top-range pay * Experience with aluminum structural repair * OEM certifications: Tesla, BMW, Porsche, etc. * Welding certifications (MIG/MAG, spot welding, aluminum) ? *What Sets CSN Avenue Apart* * Stability: Many techs have been with us for 10?20+ years * Investment: Over $2M in new equipment in the past five years * Growth: Clear path from Technician ?
