We?re looking for a highly skilled, hands-on Digital Marketing & Web Specialist who can take full ownership of our online presence and growth. *Responsibilities* * Build, update, and maintain the clinic?s website (design, content, performance, and user experience) * Optimize website for SEO to improve Google search rankings and increase traffic * Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote clinic services and generate leads * Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) * Oversee and optimize Google Business Profile (posts, updates, rankings, and reviews) * Improve local SEO to increase visibility on Google Maps and local searches * Create and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) * Design basic graphics, photos, and short-form videos for marketing campaigns * Monitor and respond to online reviews and patient inquiries * Track and analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversions, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics * Continuously test and improve marketing strategies to increase patient bookings * Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels *Qualifications* * *Experienced in digital marketing + website management* * *Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing* * *Comfortable working independently and taking initiative* * Skilled in content creation (basic design/video is a plus) * Results-driven and focused on business growth * Experience working with clinics, medical, or local businesses * Knowledge of booking systems or CRM tools * Conversion rate optimization experience *What We Offer* * Competitive pay (based on experience) * Flexible work environment * Opportunity to directly impact business growth * Long-term growth opportunity Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: From $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 ? 30.0 per week Experience: * Digital marketing: 2 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
