*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our automotive repair team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a dealership environment and possess a strong background in automotive repair and bodywork. This role involves restoring vehicles to their original condition through precise repairs, painting, and finishing. The position offers an opportunity to work with a professional team dedicated to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. *Responsibilities* * Repair and restore damaged vehicle bodies using various hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques * Remove dents, scratches, and other imperfections from vehicle surfaces * Perform frame straightening and structural repairs as needed * Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces * Apply paint, finishes, and coatings to achieve a seamless appearance * Conduct quality inspections to ensure repairs meet safety and aesthetic standards * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols * Collaborate with team members to complete repairs efficiently and effectively *Requirements* * Prior dealership experience is highly preferred * Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive systems and repairs * Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during repair processes * Experience with automotive painting, bodywork, or collision repair is desirable * Mechanic experience is a plus but not mandatory * Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards This position is integral to delivering exceptional vehicle repair services and ensuring customer satisfaction through expert craftsmanship.
