We are looking for a motivated, team-oriented sous chef to join our fun, dedicated team at our resort in the beautiful 1000 Islands! Candidates must have at least 2 years experience as a professional sous chef. Our seasonal waterfront resort features both a lounge, serving pub fare, and a dining room, which serves more casual-fine food (we are known locally for our prime rib). During a typical year we offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner services, as well as buffets for Easter, Mother's Day, etc., and larger banquets and weddings.
Candidates must have a reliable means of transportation and be willing to work morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, as well as weekends and holidays.
