Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire the kitchen team to execute consistently high standards in food preparation and presentation
* Design and refine creative, seasonal menus that reflect current culinary trends and guest preferences
* Ensure full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace hygiene standards
* Oversee inventory, supplier relationships, and food cost management
* Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
* Work closely with management on special events, menu planning, and operational improvements
* Maintain an organized, efficient kitchen that aligns with brand and quality standards
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume, multi-cuisine restaurant
* Expertise in Indian and international cuisines is an asset
* Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on management style
* Thorough understanding of kitchen operations, inventory control, and budgeting
* Deep knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food handling and kitchen environments
* High attention to detail and a genuine passion for culinary innovation
* Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, guest-centric setting
