Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Hair replacement studio. Tasks: Analyze hair and scalp condition. Book appointments. Provide custom hair and scalp treatment. Shampoo customers' hair. Provide other hair treatment, such as waving, straightening and tinting and also provide scalp conditioning massages. Apply hair extensions. Clean and style wigs and hair pieces. Perform receptionist duties. Prepare custom made hair pieces. Hair styling techniques: Blow drying. Hair braiding. Permanents. Extensions. Twisting. Locking. Relaxing. Roller setting. Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?. Are you willing to relocate for this position?.
