We are currently seeking a *Accounts Payable and Receivable Administrator* to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have personal tact, superior organizational skills and proficient computer abilities as well as being able to work unsupervised and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of the construction industry is an asset. We are offering a competitive wage commensurate with experience
*Qualifications & Skills*
· Minimum 1 to 3 years experience as a bookkeeper
· Diploma in accounting or bookkeeping considered an asset
· Must have a strong understanding of accounting principles & concepts
· Experience with Bookkeeping software and Microsoft Office/Excel
· Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise diplomacy as well as discretion
· Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy without supervision
· Ability to problem solve
*Responsibilities*
· Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivables
· Understanding of GST rules
· Job Costing, preparing subcontracts and purchase orders
· Assist accountants in other transactions as needed
· General office duties such as: filing, answering phone calls and emails
· Various tasks as required

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
