Known for our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer service, we continue to expand our operations and are looking for a dedicated Millwright to join our growing team. *Position Summary* The Millwright will be responsible for the mechanical assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery used throughout our manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. *Key Responsibilities* * Assemble, install, align, and secure machinery and equipment based on engineering drawings and schematics * Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime * Perform preventive maintenance and keep detailed records of service and repairs * Fabricate replacement parts using lathes, grinders, and other machining tools * Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to optimize equipment functionality * Follow all safety protocols and company policies while working on the shop floor *Preferred Additional Skills* * Electrical knowledge is preferred but not required * Familiarity with PLC systems is preferred but not required * Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word *Qualifications* * Valid 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Certification required * 3+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment * Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment * Demonstrated attention to detail, time management, and fine motor skills * Good physical strength and stamina, with ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods *Why Join Sellick?* * Competitive hourly wage, based on experience * Comprehensive benefits package including dental, health, and life insurance * RRSP matching and employee wellness program * Opportunities for skill development, training, and long-term career growth * A supportive work environment in a stable, family-owned Canadian company *How to Apply* Interested applicants are invited to submit a resume and cover letter to *careers@sellickequipment.com* with the subject line: *?Millwright Application ?
