Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment in an industrial settings
- Perform routine inspections to identify potential issues and ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Diagnose mechanical problems and develop solutions to resolve them
- Fabricate and install parts as needed
- Analyze blueprints, schematics, and manuals to determine proper installation and maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Conduct on-site customer training
- Other related duties as assigned
*Qualifications:*
- Must have history, knowledge and experience on urethane equipment/hydraulic equipment
- Ability to fabricate, analyze, and troubleshoot mechanical systems
- Must have knowledge and ability to repair machine mechanical, electrical and hydraulic components
- Must be able to use essential hand tools and electrical test equipment
- Must have a strong mechanical aptitude
- Must be able to read and understand electrical schematics
- Excellent customer service skills - Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Must be proactive and able to anticipate arising needs and take appropriate action
