Ceres Industries is seeking a skilled and work-conscious Millwright to lead our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and mechanical equipment in our manufacturing/processing facility. Key Responsibilities:-Install, align, and dismantle machinery and heavy mechanical equipment.-Provide leadership-Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform preventive maintenance.-Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals.-Operate hoists, cranes, and other tools to position machinery and parts.-Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.-Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.-Work collaboratively with other trades and departments to minimize downtime. Qualifications:-Completion of a recognized Millwright apprenticeship or equivalent certification.-Red Seal Millwright certification.-3+ years of experience as an industrial Millwright (preferred).-Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.-Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.-Proficient with tools and equipment used in mechanical repair and installation.-Capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in physically demanding environments.-Excellent leadership, professionalism, communication and teamwork skills. Working Conditions:-Industrial or manufacturing environment.-May require overtime, weekend work, or on-call duties.-PPE provided and required.
