<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>We are seeking a CWB <span class="long-word">Welder/Fabricator/Fitter</span> to become an integral part of our growing team! This role involves a variety of custom tasks, including fabricating telecommunication towers and accessories. Welding, fabricating structural steel components, and ensuring proper fit and alignment of structural elements are among the things required.</p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Fitting, welding, and fabrication of small to large scale jobs</li><li>Moving of material and finished products with forklifts</li><li>Proper maintenance of welding equipment</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.</li><li>Accurately measure and cut metal materials.</li><li>Perform various welding techniques (e.g., GMAW, SMAW, MIG) to construct and assemble metal structures.</li><li>Ensure welds meet required quality standards and specifications.</li><li>Fabricate and assemble structural components, including weldments, brackets, frames, and other metal parts.</li><li>Utilize hand tools and power tools to prepare and manipulate materials for welding and fabrication.</li><li>Follow safety protocols and guidelines.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul></div>Company Description<div>Phoenix is a manufacturing and installation company for telecommunication towers</div></div><h3>Company Description</h3><div>Phoenix is a manufacturing and installation company for telecommunication towers</div>- LocationHarriston, ON
