*Job Summary* We?re a fast-paced warehouse that paints Hardie and wood products for siding, soffit, and cladding. We?re on the lookout for dependable, hardworking team players who take pride in doing a good job. *Hours:* Monday to Friday, 6:45 AM ? 2:45 PM Afternoons are all yours ? perfect for biking, relaxing, or doing whatever you love. *Starting Wage:* $22/hour *Benefits:* Kick in after 3 months We?re big on *respect, punctuality, and a solid work ethic*. No experience? No problem ? we?ll train the right person. If you?re someone who shows up, works hard, and gets along well with others, we?d love to hear from you. *Duties* * Prepping materials for painting * Loading and unloading Hardie and wood products * Operating spray equipment or assisting with paint application * Picking and packing raw wood orders * Labeling and bundling finished products * Keeping the workspace clean and organized * Inspecting products for quality and reporting any issues * Following safety procedures and using PPE as required - Steel toed footware required * Helping with general warehouse tasks as needed * Assisting with inventory checks and stock organization *Skills* * Reliability ? shows up on time, ready to work * Attention to detail ? especially for painting and packing accurately * Physical stamina ? able to lift, move, and stand for extended periods * Teamwork ? gets along well with others and communicates well * Basic measuring skills ? tape measure, counting, etc. * Ability to follow instructions ? learns quickly and sticks to procedures * Safety awareness ? understands and respects safety rules * Time management ? works efficiently to meet daily goals * Positive attitude ? willing to take on different tasks as needed * Forklift or pallet jack experience ? a bonus, but not required If this sounds like a good fit for you, we?d love to hear from you. *Please send your resume to:* *accounting@fishercoating.com* We?re excited to grow our team with reliable, hardworking people!
