*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for various warehouse operations, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and maintaining a well-organized inventory. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, and the ability to handle heavy lifting. You will play a crucial role in supporting our logistics and supply chain processes. *Responsibilities* * Perform order picking and packing of products accurately and efficiently. * Operate warehouse equipment such as Forklift, reach trucks, and order pickers to facilitate the movement of goods. * Assist in the fabrication of products as needed. * Maintain an organized and clean work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. * Utilize AS400 or similar inventory management systems for tracking orders and inventory levels. * Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. * Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy in stock levels. * Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing warehouse tasks. * Perform Miscellaneous operation related task as required by management and in event of covering for other employees in the team *Requirements* * Previous experience in warehouse distribution or a similar role is preferred. * Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and best practices. * Ability to operate Forklift , reach trucks, and other warehouse machinery safely. * Strong physical stamina to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required. * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. * Basic computer skills, including experience with AS400 or similar systems is a plus. * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. * Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively.
