*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy. *Responsibilities* * Ensure the warehouse and work yards are kept clean & organized * Uphold a safe work environment * Maintain tools & equipment in good working order * Maintain accurate inventory count/reports * Load & unload equipment onto/off of trucks * Deliver materials/equipment to job sites * Pick materials required for daily job builds * Operat & care for construction equipment & machines; lubricates, cleans, fuels & repairs machinery, equipment & tools * Identifie, pack & transport hazardous materials when required * Sweep warehouse floor and wipe surfaces weekly or more frequently as needed * Pick up & disposes of clutter & garbage in the warehouse, yard & lunchroom area daily * Applie salt to parking lot & yard as required * Collect & drop off warehouse & office cardboard recycling monthly or more frequently as needed * Discard/return pallets * Condense & organize material as needed * Cut grass at the yard as needed *Experience* * Previous experience as a warehouse associate in construction an asset * Familiarity with forklift operation and heavy equipment is advantageous. * Ability to operate various types of warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
