If you think you have what it takes to join our team, we want to meet you!Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor and patrol the premises to ensure safety and security.Perform regular security checks of the property, including parking areas, entrances, exits, and other designated areas.Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized access or unlawful activities.Control access at entry points and ensure only authorized personnel enter the premises.Respond to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies and take appropriate actions as needed.Assist in the enforcement of company policies and procedures, including monitoring and reporting any suspicious activities.Report any incidents, accidents, or security breaches promptly to the management team.Complete daily logs and security reports, documenting any unusual occurrences.Provide assistance to employees, visitors, and vendors as needed.Monitor surveillance cameras and security equipment, ensuring they are functioning properly.Cooperate with local law enforcement, emergency services, and other authorities when necessary.Ensure all safety equipment is properly maintained and ready for use.Must be able to commute to for pre-deployment training (3 of 5 training days)Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UoF) and Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB) Applicants lacking these certifications can opt into Paladin's UoF/MOAB training program prior to their onboarding training to ensure they meet the requirements of the position Other duties and responsibilities as stated and directed by the client and or management.
