*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in countertop installation, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role involves working with various materials and tools to ensure high-quality installations in residential and commercial settings. The Installer will be responsible for performing tasks such as cutting material on the spot, make perfectly aligned joints and mix epoxy with colors to match the countertop color. *Responsibilities* * Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine installation requirements. * Perform countertop installations. * Perform backsplash installations. * Lift extremely heaving stone material * Polish sides of the countertop * Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various installation projects. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the project duration. * Collaborate with team members to complete installations on time and to client satisfaction. *Requirements* * Proven experience in installation or construction-related roles. * Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. * Strong skills in installation. * Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. * Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. * Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods, including lifting heavy materials when necessary.
