We are a Flooring company, Looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our team. If you enjoy working with people and have an interest in Home Improvement and Design, this is the career for you. Responsibilities and Duties: \* Managing the sales process from initial contact through to closure. \* Secure new customers consistently and efficiently. \* Dealing with customer enquiries face to face, over the phone or via email. Respond promptly and efficiently to customer requests. \* Planning and organising the day to ensure all opportunities are maximized. \* Manage day-to-day activities. Qualifications: \*Highly motivated \*Interpersonal Skills \* Decision making and creative problem solving skills \* Superior listening and consultative selling skills \* Strong organizational and time management skills \* Highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, communications (written and verbal) and presentation skills. \* Excellent negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment \* Proficient in use of PC & Microsoft Office Applications Financial Compensation \* Base Salary \* Monthly Bonuses Full training and mentorship is provided to help set you on the right path to succeed.
