*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. *Duties* * Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment. * Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to carry out tasks effectively. * Perform manual labor including lifting, digging, and carrying materials as needed. * Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. * Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. * Help with the installation of structures, fixtures, and other construction elements as directed. * Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. *Skills* * Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. * Basic knowledge of construction practices and tools is preferred but not required. * Ability to follow directions accurately and work as part of a team. * Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and supervisors. * Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship. * Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction tasks.
