*Job Summary*
Reporting to the President and CEO, the *Marketing Manager* will be instrumental in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that elevate SSNS's brand awareness, drive participation in our programs and training, and align with our mission and values. This role demands a blend of strategic foresight and hands-on execution, overseeing all aspects of marketing, branding, and content creation across digital and traditional channels.

The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping SSNS's narrative and fostering meaningful engagement with our diverse stakeholders, from individuals and businesses to government partners and community groups.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Develop and execute impactful marketing strategies that enhance SSNS's brand presence, drive registration for our safety programs and training, and support overall organizational objectives.
* Champion the SSNS brand by maintaining and evolving brand guidelines to ensure visual and messaging consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
* Design and deliver high-quality, compelling content across digital platforms, print collateral, social media, and internal communications?capturing the essence of SSNS's mission and values.
* Lead the creative development of marketing materials, including promotional assets, presentations, signage, and advertising, working hands-on or in collaboration with external designers and agencies.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including program delivery, operations, and partnerships, to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals and support engagement efforts.
* Manage marketing performance metrics and reporting, using data-driven insights to refine campaigns and communicate impact to executive stakeholders.
* Oversee marketing budgets with a strategic mindset, ensuring smart allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
* Coordinate timelines and project deliverables with vendors and contractors, ensuring excellence in execution across all marketing initiatives.
*Market Intelligence and Strategic Insights*
* Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor positioning, and client needs within the safety and training sectors.
* Use data-driven insights to optimize content effectiveness and anticipate client challenges.
* Explore innovative formats and technologies to enhance content delivery across all channels.
*Training and Enablement*
* Provide training and support to our sales team on effectively using content, tools, and articulating our value proposition.
