Our goal is to become the leading auto transporter across the country, and we?re looking for highly driven and competent people to help us get there. *Job Summary:* We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. This role will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and supporting strategic decision-making through insightful analysis. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with business acumen and a proactive mindset. *Key Responsibilities:* * Prepare and maintain financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses * Support the annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes * Analyze operating results and key financial metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement * Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly management reporting packages and board presentations * Partner with business units to understand performance drivers and support strategic initiatives * Provide financial input on business cases, investments, and cost-saving opportunities * Improve and streamline FP&A processes and tools, including automation of recurring tasks * Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed *Qualifications:* * Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field * 2+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical role * Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling * Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Inacct) is a plus * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment *Nice to Have:* * CPA, CFA, or MBA designation (completed or in progress) * Experience in Logistics *Why Join Us:* * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional teams * Opportunities for professional growth and development Please note: Salary within stated range will be commensurate with skills and experience Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Paid time off Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * No weekends Language: * English (required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON M5V 1J9
