Our company philosophy is to promote within and we are committed to providing an excellent work environment and career growth opportunities.* *We are currently looking for a Business Manager with previous Dealership and Finance experience!* *Responsibilities including, but not limited to:* * *Supporting the efforts of the Sales and Finance departments to ensure success* * *Maintaining and developing excellent customer service skills* * *Demonstrating knowledge of all products offered* * *Calling banks and maximizing the offering approved by the financial institution* * *Collecting stipulations required by the bank for funding* * *Protecting the legal and financial welfare of the dealership* * *Administrative duties as required by the department* *Skills and Attributes:* * *Strong leadership and team building skills * * *Knowledge of prime and sub-prime markets* * *Demonstrated knowledge of contracts* * *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* * *Strong time management skills, able to meet deadlines* * *Self-driven, motivated* * *Must have/obtain valid AMVIC licence* * *Previous automotive finance experience preferred, willing to train the right candidate* *We want to thank all applicants, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.* Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,166.03-$154,998.39 per year Additional pay: * Commission pay Benefits: * Dental care * Disability insurance * Extended health care * Life insurance * Paid time off Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2025-06-16- LocationRed Deer, AB
