*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our vibrant dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food service industry and a proven track record of managing teams effectively. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of kitchen operations. The Restaurant Manager will ensure that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. *Duties* * Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and quality service. * Supervise and train staff in food service protocols, customer interaction, and POS systems. * Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted service. * Implement effective team management strategies to foster a positive work environment. * Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records as required. * Address customer complaints and feedback promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. * Collaborate with the executive chef on menu planning and special events. *Skills* * Proficient in food handling practices to ensure compliance with health standards. * Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. * Experience with POS systems for efficient order processing and cash handling. * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism under pressure. * Previous experience in supervising staff within the restaurant or hotel industry is preferred. *Staff Management* * Recruit, hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff. * Supervise front-of-house. * Provide coaching, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as necessary.
