*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our vibrant dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food service industry and a proven track record of managing teams effectively. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of kitchen operations. The Restaurant Manager will ensure that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
*Duties*
* Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and quality service.
* Supervise and train staff in food service protocols, customer interaction, and POS systems.
* Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted service.
* Implement effective team management strategies to foster a positive work environment.
* Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records as required.
* Address customer complaints and feedback promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the executive chef on menu planning and special events.

* Proficient in food handling practices to ensure compliance with health standards.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
* Experience with POS systems for efficient order processing and cash handling.

* Previous experience in supervising staff within the restaurant or hotel industry is preferred.
