General idea for this position is the sanitation and cleanliness of the daily kitchen operations. The ideal person would demonstrate a good work attitude by personally performing tasks and leading with excellence . You should also want to work to constantly improve guest satisfaction while keeping up with daily sanitation and kitchen needs.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
* Looking after the dish kitchen in entirety.
* Understanding that no job is above or below anyone. Everyone has a distinct roll in what makes us great!
* Look after the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, and in extension the restaurant, lounge, and waste disposal areas.
* Maintaining the dish machine to excellence always.
* Receiving and stocking orders in there appropriate locations.
* Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
Requirements:
* Hands-on working experience preferred, but we welcome all who wish to learn!
* Excellent attendance and attention to detail
* Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
* Capable of working nights, as well as early mornings.
* Communication and respect above all else
