_The manager will work closely with the General Manager, Assistant Manager and_
_supervisors to continue to make K1 Speed not just a great place to visit, but also to work._
* _Full time, permanent position_
* _Approx. 35-40 hours per week_
* _Must have open availability including weekends_
_*Duties and Responsibilities*_
_As an Manager you will be responsible for many duties including but not limited to:_
* _Recruitment - complete interviews, new hire paperwork and orientations_
* _Training - support our trainers. New hires and existing employees_
* _Corrective actions - work with management team to track and conduct corrective actions_
* _Cash handling - prepare tills, change fund maintenance and preparation of deposits_
* _Customer service - work alongside employees to provide wonderful customer service_
* _Safety - ensure that all customers and employees are following the safety processes_
* _Policies and procedures - follow, train, maintain and update_
* _Scheduling - help to create and communicate work schedules_
* _Audits and reports - independently complete audits and reports_
* _Marketing - promote K1 Speed using different methods_
* _Employee relations - support employees as needed_
_*Qualifications*_
* _High school diploma or post-secondary school degree_
* _3+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role_
* _Experience with Google Apps including Google Docs and Google Drive_
* _5+ years of experience in customer service_

* _Proven leadership experience in a managerial role, preferably in retail or hospitality. _
* _Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. _
* _Strong interviewing and recruiting skills to attract top talent. _
* _Proficient in administrative functions with excellent organizational abilities. _
* _Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers alike. _
* _Experience with POS systems and sales management practices is highly desirable. _
