Family Dental practice in Toronto located at Pape and Danforth on street level is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to work aside our existing staff of dental professionals in organizing and completing treatment for patients. Located just a block from Pape TTC station, our office is an easily accessible, 10 operatory practice, ideal for a vibrant and energetic individual looking to grow their skills as part of an experienced team.
* Must be able to effectively communicate, and educate patients on recommended treatment as well as present comprehensive treatment plans with the help of a dentist.
* Be outgoing and welcome patients to the office on arrival
* Take phone calls and book appointments
* Communicate effectively with Dentists
* Participate in the morning huddle with the administrative team
* Achieve annual production targets determined by the office
* Must be organized, professional and reliable
* Knowledge of dental terminology as well as dental codes
* Morning and evening Flexibility needed
* Experience with Abeldent would be considered and asset
