We are currently seeking a highly motivated *Business Development Manager* to join our team and drive client acquisition and growth. *Responsibilities* * Identify and pursue new business opportunities in logistics, warehousing, transportation, and manufacturing sectors * Develop relationships with HR, operations, and procurement leaders * Create and present proposals for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct placement services * Respond to RFPs and manage the onboarding of new clients * Maintain CRM with up-to-date sales activities and leads * Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets *Qualifications* * 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development (staffing industry strongly preferred) * Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills * Proven track record of lead generation and closing new business * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively * Experience in logistics or industrial staffing is an asset * Valid driver?s license and willingness to travel locally as needed *What We Offer* * Competitive base salary with *uncapped commission* * Opportunities for career growth and advancement * Supportive leadership and collaborative team environment * Work with leading logistics and supply chain companies * Flexible hybrid work arrangement (remote + client visits) *How to Apply* Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and interest in this role.
