We?re seeking a results-driven *Business Development Manager* with experience in the security or related industries to expand our client base and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and closing deals in the security solutions sector.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Market Expansion:* Identify and target new business opportunities across key verticals, including commercial properties, multi-tenant buildings, construction sites, and retail spaces.
* *Client Engagement:* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including property managers, security integrators, and business owners.
* *Sales Strategy:* Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
* *Partnership Development:* Establish partnerships with referral sources such as IT providers, security consultants, and property management firms.
* *Industry Expertise:* Leverage your knowledge of the security or related industries to educate potential clients on the benefits of remote video monitoring.
* *Proposal Management:* Prepare and present tailored proposals and pitches to prospective clients.
* *Market Insights:* Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the security space.
*Qualifications:*
* *Industry Experience:* Minimum 3-5 years of business development, sales, or account management experience in the *security, surveillance, or related industries* (e.g., access control, alarm systems, IT security).
* *Proven Track Record:* Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
* *Strong Communication:* Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
