*Responsibilities:*
* Oversee financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
* Prepare accurate financial reports and statements in compliance with non-profit regulations.
* Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for church initiatives.
* Manage donor contributions, grants, and fundraising financial tracking.
* Ensure compliance with tax filings, audits, and financial policies.
* Work closely with leadership to maintain transparency and financial accountability.
* Provide financial guidance to support decision-making and strategic growth.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of non-profit accounting experience.
* Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance for charitable organizations.
* Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment to responsible financial stewardship.
