Job Summary: We are seeking a talented South Indian cook to join our team. South Indian chef will assist the Head Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan and create innovative menu items - Supervise food preparation and cooking activities - Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards - Assist in training kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and procedures - Manage inventory levels and control food costs - Oversee kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace Requirements: - Proven experience in a similar role within the food industry - Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen management - Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team - Understanding of food safety regulations - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Join our team as a Sous Chef and be part of a dynamic culinary experience where your skills will be valued, and your creativity encouraged.
