*About the Role*
In this position you will work alongside our tight-knit team maintaining both residential and commercial properties. Think of yourself as a garden's best friend ? someone who knows exactly what each plant needs to thrive.
*What You'll Do*
Your days will be spent making gardens look their absolute best. You'll tackle everything from basic maintenance to detailed garden care, including:
Bringing gardens to life through careful maintenance and attention to detail
Keeping spaces pristine by removing debris and litter
Mastering the art of pruning, edging, weeding, and mulching
*What You Bring to the Table*
A green thumb and genuine knowledge of plants and gardening techniques.
The ability to safely handle various tools, from hand trowels to power equipment
Physical fitness and stamina for active outdoor work
A friendly personality that makes clients smile and teammates glad you're around.
*This position transitions into Winter Maintenance role, where you will be responsible for commercial snow and ice management. *

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

* Driving License with Clean Drivers Abstract (required)
